CASITAS
All of our casitas are self-catering and offer private laundry facilities. Each contains three full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and wrap-around balcony. A covered outdoor patio and small private garden contain outdoor dining tables and fire pits.

From September 2020, the property will include a pool
with views over the lake. Disruption to guests from construction will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Catarina reflects the transformation taking place in our community, embracing the blue and green palette of the town’s huipil and public art project throughout. Sleep easy surrounded by moon and star motifs in the house of our village namesake. Sweet dreams…

Casa Mil Flores

Mil Flores celebrates the tropical beauty of Atitlán in all its floral glory. Flowers and the flower market are central to life and commerce in Atitlán, and this casita pays homage to a long tradition of incorporating floral motifs into delicate textiles, intricate woodwork, and fine art.

Casa Jaguar
Jaguar takes its name from the sacred animal of ancient Tikal. In this casita, the focus is on the abundant variety of fauna native to Guatemala, especially the highlands and rainforest. Artisanal works reflect the historical respect for and value placed upon wildlife by the Maya, and by all Guatemaltecos.

Casa Santiago

Santiago offers incredible views of Lake Atitlán and the south shore’s volcanoes. Named for the area’s largest town across the water, Santiago reflects that town’s huipil: a palette of blue and a love affair with brightly colored birds. Santiago is also a place of special significance to Sueños, as it is the home of the non-profit foundation that runs the property.
